JA PITCHING/ULTIMATE WELLNESS FALL PROGRAM (Begins October 27)

​​

This 8-Week Program (24 total sessions) is designed to kick-start your off season training and build (or in many cases, re-build after pitching a lot of innings March thru October) your functional strength, learn or reinforce proper throwing mechanics, and provide education regarding arm care and pitching strategies and tactics.

​

In the off-season, you want to continue to throw, but take 8-12 weeks off of pitching in games, and off of the mound. This program balances out the perfect Fall throwing training to set a foundation for a successful and healthy 2025 season.

PROGRAM

  • 3 Days Per week

    • SESSION 1 (REGISTRATION CLOSED):
      • Sundays & Thursdays, 7:30pm - 9:00pm - JA Pitching Mechanics, Arm Care, Strategies & Tactics
      • Tuesdays, 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Ultimate Wellness Strength/Conditioning, Nutrition, Injury Prevention
    • *SESSION 2 (REGISTRATION CLOSED)

      • Sundays 6:00pm-7:30pm, Wednesdays 7:30pm-9:00pm - JA Pitching Mechanics, Arm Care, Strategies & Tactics

      • Mondays 7:30pm-8:30pm Ultimate Wellness Strength/Conditioning, Nutrition, Injury Prevention

  • 8 Weeks (24 Sessions) including an Intro Class (Open for Parents)

  • Space is limited (first come-first served)

PROGRAM DETAILS​

  • Mechanics assessments to help focus on correcting mechanical inefficiencies in the kinematic sequence.

  • Customized drills and workouts to achieve optimal mechanical efficiency.

  • STAT screening testing for weak links and for point in time capacity (how much faster could you throw with optimal strength balance and mechanics) to help customize a workout program for you.

  • Arm Health Analysis testing shoulder strength and range of motion to create customized functional strength programming that increases overall functional strength and helps achieve your pitching shoulders and arms balanced and symmetrical.

  • Strength and conditioning program that focuses on critical muscles and movements for a rotational athlete.

  • Pitching Classroom sessions to discuss pitching biomechanics, functional strength, mental/emotional management, nutritional management and sleep and recovery along with arm health management, pitching philosophy, strategies and tactics.

  • National Pitching Association pitching towel, t-shirt, weighted ball set and resistance bands ($275 value)
